Journalist, Podcaster & Writer

I am an adventurous journalist passionate about sport and sustainability. I predominantly cover cycling, running, the general outdoors, health and fitness and enjoy writing features which link sport and sustainability.

Writing for print and digital, I regularly contribute to Cyclist Magazine, Outdoors Magic, Cycling Weekly, Cyclingnews and Lost Dot, and have also written for regional news outlets.

I find great joy in writing flash fiction, carving out chapters of my current book project and exploring people’s passions on my podcast - The Passion Stories. 

I’m also a marketing and communication specialist and I’m currently advising Climategames. Previously I’ve worked FTSE 350 companies and SMEs on their ESG and communication strategies, both in the UK and Kazakstan.

I have travelled extensively, for the adventure but also with purpose, and these travels continue to inspire my work. 

I love languages, I’m happiest outside and I am always up for a chat.
