Journalist, Podcaster & Writer

I am an adventurous journalist passionate about sport and sustainability. I predominantly cover cycling, running, the general outdoors, health and fitness and enjoy writing features which link sport and sustainability.

Writing for print and digital, my work features in the Sun, Cyclist Magazine, Outdoors Magic, Cycling Weekly, Cyclingnews and Lost Dot, as well as local newspapers.

I find great joy in writing flash fiction, carving out chapters of my current book project and exploring people’s passions on my podcast - The Passion Stories. 

I’m also a marketing and communication specialist and I’m currently advising Climategames. Previously I’ve worked with SailGP, FTSE 350 companies and SMEs on their ESG and communication strategies, both in the UK and Kazakstan.

I have travelled extensively, for the adventure but also with purpose, and these travels continue to inspire my work. 

I love languages, I’m happiest outside and I am always up for a chat.
